Refund policy

Our handmade dolls are one-of-a kind, each piece carefully hand-crocheted with love. As part of their artisanal nature, slight variations from the product visuals may occur.

We offer a 7-day return/refund policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. 

Please note: 

  • We do not accept any International Returns (outside of the United States). 
  • We do not accept any exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs that occurred. 

Eligibility for a Return 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@justdutch.us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and varies by location based on the carrier associated with your order. 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued for the product price only for returns that are not due to a defect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the order amount, minus the return shipping cost. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damage Disclaimer

Please note that once the package is handed over to the carrier, while we carefully pack all orders, items may arrive damaged due to carrier handling. Any damage claims must be supported with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging upon arrival.
