Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a selection of expedited shipping methods to select from at the checkout. Orders over $75 that do not ship via domestic ground shipping (expedited orders, large parcel items, medium parcel items, freight delivery, and items that ship from outside of the United States) may include a small fee.
*For international orders, please select UPS or FedEx only at checkout to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
*Standard shipping means the most economical shipping rate applied. Please contact us for added insurance option.
* Please note that for orders shipped to Canada or outside of the United States, recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.
**With the current logistic condition, we are not responsible for any USPS/ UPS/ DHL/ FedEx delivery mistakes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
